- Drop Python 3.8 support
- Add Python 3.13 and 3.14 support
- Update setup.py classifiers and add python_requires>=3.9
- Expand CI test matrix to include all supported versions (3.9-3.14)
- Update pre-commit pyupgrade to --py39-plus
